What happens if I cancel Premium?
Your subscription runs until the end of your billing period, plus a 1-week grace period. After that, your account switches back to Free — you keep all your data, progress, and history. Nothing is deleted. You just lose access to premium features until you resubscribe.
What happens if someone leaves a Group plan?
If the person paying cancels, everyone on the plan keeps Premium until the billing period ends plus the 1-week grace period. After that, all members move to Free unless they start their own subscription.
Does Quest Pass work across all Quest apps?
Yes. One subscription unlocks Premium in all Quest apps. You don't pay per app and never will.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier never expires. Full training across all four modalities, complete diet tracking, pathways, analytics — use it all forever.
Will you ever add ads?
We will never run ads or sell your data. We rely on good engineering to keep costs low and premium subscriptions to keep the lights on.
